AI

I try to stay up to date with the latest in the AI space. On this page you’ll find quick snippets and breakdowns of the latest AI techniques I’ve been testing and using from a variety of projects.

Quick test on adding a helmet to the Masterchief from the Halo TV series.

Experiment on replacing / swapping out whole characters, hair and outfit included.

A lipsync using my own performance as a driver. This was done for the music video: Clipse + Kendrick Lamar — Chains & Whips.

Test on the Bob Marley One Love movie trailer using a combination of Stable Diffusion and Nuke. This video led to a project for the Bob Marley Museum.

Was asked by the director Paul Trillo to do an AI aging shot. The workflow consisted of making a few keyframes with Stable Diffusion, tracking the aged keyframes back on using EbSynth, and using traditional compositing in Davinci Fusion to bring the shot together.

Quick test I did using Stable Diffusion to de-age an actor. Got inspired after seeing the Indiana Jones 5 trailer and the rumors of AI de-aging in the new film. Every shot took about 20 minutes and was all done with Stable Diffusion 1.5.

Test on using Stable Diffusion to texture a 3D scene.

Using Stable Diffusion 1.5 with ControlNet and EbSynth I turned this short The Boys clip into a style resembling the Spiderverse movies. The Spiderverse SD model was made by the user Nitrosocke on GitHub; some traditional VFX compositing added effects to more closely match the style.
